Kompetansepluss is a program financed by public funds that offer free trainings to companies and voluntary organisations. The program includes Norwegian courses for employees, including immigrants.
Who can apply for the grant?
Any company that has need to give their employees better competance in basic skills like reading, writing, counting, digital and oral skils as well as speaking better Norwegian or Sami. Inlearn Norway, in cooperation with your company, can apply for a grant up to 200 hours per course.
Who can participate in the course?
Course participants must have low formal education with completed primary school as the highest level. The definition of primary school as the highest level also includes people with education at upper secondary level that is not approved in Norway (here including immigrants).
Companies can apply for courses based on the following modules: Reading/writing; Counting; Digital skills; Oral skills; Norwegian or Sami.
